PRICE HILL / WESTERN HILLS KIWANIS BULLETIN - February 6, 2001

"You are great and do wondrous things; You alone are God." Psalm 86:10

Frank called the meeting to order followed by singing My Country and the pledge of allegiance. Scot See gave a short but pertinent invocation and that led us to the beginning of the meeting.

Guests were introduced there being none, none were introduced.

Fr. Willig doing well considering more operations bone replacements. He says the suffering has brought him closer to GOD.

Howard Zollner's wife is getting better. Tina is getting along as well as can be expected and sends her greetings. Note: Bill Stautberg while spreading salt slipped, fell and blacked his eye.

It goes to show even an old salt can get shook up from time to time. Have a great time in Florida Bill, and let that eye heal...

Frank has asked Jane Reuter to concentrate on new members and relinquish the Past Presidents Luncheon planning. As a result we need someone to step in and pick up the planning of the Past Presidents Luncheon. Volunteers should contact Frank St. Charles to get the particulars needed for this event.

Carol Sohmer has taken on the roll of Chair for Helmet Day.

Ed Flick has Rose Bloom Boom tickets everyone pick them up and SELL! SELL! SELL! ...

Everyone can help with the silent auction. When you search your attic there may be something worthwhile for the auction. If you see a fantastic price on merchandise, i.e. big sale, pick it up, the club will reimburse for items that we buy to be put in the auction and sell. Next week is Rose Bloom Boom kick off.

Sounds for Hope are on March 4th at 7pm Sunday evening. Here Tommy playing. WTSJ AM 1050 this Sunday at 2pm for excerpts of the concert.
